Hide Everything except the Switchboard

How do I hide everything except the Switchboard when the database is started
and the autoexec runs?

and I mean everything. No menu bar, no other related Access windows, nothing.

In the Start-Up option you can turn every thing off, click Tools, then Start
Up and un check everything, make sure you save a copy for yourself so that
you can have access to all the menus.
