Hide ALL recipients of an e-mail so only group name shows

If anyone knows how to send an e-mail to a group without showing any of the
recipients names, please respond.

Ideally, just the group's name would show with no recipient names or e-mail
addresses.

Include the distribution list in the Bcc field.
