Hide addresses from multiple recipients.

My emails need to show the various recipients' names, but once it's printed,
all the addresses become visible as well. How can I keep the addresses hidden?

You can either do a mail merge to electronic mail (presuming you have the
same version of Word as of Outlook) which will send out an individual
message to each recipient separately, or put all the recipients in the BCC
field & put your own address in the TO field.

You can't send a mass mail to all recipients at the same time using the TO
field and expect to hide anything, anywhere.
