Hi,
Is there anyway to hide a subfolder in public folders?
Server: EX2000 and client: OL2000.
Thanks-Rob

Set the folder's permissions to remove the Folder Visible permission from
all but necessary users.

Hi Rob,

Thanks for your posting here.

You may disable the Folder Viewer permission to hide the folder for proper
users. To do so, refer to the following steps:

1. Start Outlook with an account which has owner permission to the
subfolder.
2. Locate the subfolder.
3. Right click the folder and choose Properties.
4. On the Permission tab, remove the Folder Visible permission from Default
and Anonymous accounts. If you want particular users see the folder, you
can add the account and grant the Folder Visible permission.

Hope this helps.

Thanks & Regards
Alan Sun
