hidden user accounts

My kids have somehow put a program on our computer that
makes them invisible. We have 6 user accounts and our
spyware program can monitor 4 of the 6. The other two
are like they don't exist. I have looked everywhere to
see if I can find what is doing this. Any suggestions?

What are the other two account names?
