Hidden Text in Fields - MS2003 Student Teacher edition

Issue(s):
When I open an existing spreadsheet (expense report, not a template), the
page is reformatted and the row height is very small.

Text on the heading are not visable on the screen (even when I enlarge the
row height). However, they are visable both on the status bar and if you
click in the cell.

When I print the document, all the text in the fields shows up.

Fixes??
Before anyone helps, I've already confirmed the font is "black" (and not the
same as a shaded area).

Background:
I installed 2003 Student Teacher (SP2) on a new machine. An older
machine, pulls the files up in the correct format. When I try to open the same
file on the new PC, it reformats (all small heights that require adjusting).
Cells still don't show up on the screen.

Any ideas?

You'll have to reformat everything after doing this, but you could choose all
cells on the sheet then use
Edit | Clear and select the [Format] option. That should bring things back
to default size/color. But as I said, you'll have to reformat everything.

You might try choosing all cells and then use Format Font to set size/colors
and see if that works before going the more drastic route mentioned above.

To quickly select all cells, choose the sheet and click in the little blank
square left of the "A" column indicator and just above the "1" row indicator.
