Hidden Pop Up Blocker in Browser

I cannot detect this pop up blocker in my system. It is
preventing me from open appelet in game room.

I would appreciate some help from anyone who has
experienced this problem.

Can't tell you much - there's no built-in popup blocker in Windows or IE.
Perhaps you have a toolbar in your browser. You'll need to find out what it
is - we can't see your computer from here ;-)

Google is a popular toolbar which comes with a pop-up blocker click on the
coloured "Google" on the far left select options and uncheck pop-up blocker
