I want to set up my computer with 2 partitions. Both are on the 1 hard drive.
For clarity lest call them Partition A and B
Both will have windows XP installed
B will be able to see both partitions but I want A to only be able to see
partition 1.
Is this possible and if so how do I go about it

XP can see multiple primary partitions
so the partitions cannot be hidden per se...

However...from the installation that is *not* on the boot drive...
you could go into disk management and unassign the drive letter from the
*other* partition.
(Of course you'd need that installation to boot into a profile that could
not use disk management)

make a folder in your C:
lets say "yoyo"
make it hidden
access your files by typing c:\yoyo in start->run or in browser
:)
