Hidden messages in outlook

P

Paul

I am an exchange 2003 admin. I gave a user full access to a mailbox.
The problem is when the mailbox is added to the user's outlook profile,
some of the messages are missing while everything is viewable when
login in straight to the mailbox. I am using outlook 2003. Why is that?

Please help

Maybe the hidden messages are marked private.

How do I unhide the message?

If they are private, the owner of the folder would need to make them unprivate, but there's no easy way to do that for a received message. Alternatively, the mailbox owner on the Tools | Options | Delegates dialog could check the box to allow delegates to see private items.
