Hidden files & folders, found stuff

Hi!

I have a problem, when win XP thinks it should check my memory stick.
If is able to find missing stuff and files, but they are not visible.
This is a problem when backing up using Nero to a CD, when Nero can
find:
1) directoty found000.dir
2) thumps.db
3) other -
I cannot see or delete those, I know they are there and "#¤%"#%#¤ XP
just not allow me to work with it.

Secondly the thumps.db file is a problem else for a company I service.
The file is a problem when compying files, as XP / 2000 prompts for
the file (hidden), but then again - XP / 2000 will never show the file
anyway.
I have the same thing with my XP, but --- I just wonder what else
there is of odd files around.

And yes, I have changed that option in folder options. The files
should be visible.

I noticed that.

Still, my problem is at work, home and 3 computers at a company I
service. 5 computers with the same problem? Don't think so....
