Hibernation

when my computer trys 2 hibernate a error message comes up saying "the device
driver for the standard 101/102-key or microsoft natural ps/2 keyboard device
is preventing the machine from entering hibernation. please close all
applications and try again. if the problem persists, you may need to update
this driver" and i have tried 2 hibernate 3 times and ive restarted the
computer again but the error message still comes up.

please help!!!!!!
 
uh...., have you tried doing what your operating system has politely
asked....

It won't budge, remember its from Microsoft....
