Hibernate

I have recently installed new hard drive - ghosted old data across.
Everything as normal but hibernation won't re-load. It appears to save data
fine but zooms across restart and then reboots again.
Any ideas
 
This is just a guess. Disable hib., reboot, delete hib files, reboot then re
enable again.
