Hibernate Option missing............

I used to be able to go to Start>Shut Down and I would be presented
with several options. One of them was "Hibernate". I had to reload
my laptop from scratch, but now the option is not there. The machine
works perfectly in all other aspects, it just not have this option at
Start>ShutDown. What am I missing?

Did you enable it in Power Options? See Help and Support "Hibernation"
for instructions.

Hover mouse over standby and press the shift key - hibernation button
should replace the standby button.
