Hibernarting Problem after installing Windows XP SP1

After installing Windows XP SP1 on a Compaq machine
Presario 2800 series, I cannot hibernate, I got the
following message on a blue screen when restoring after
hibernation DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
