HI-VAL DVD RECORDER

Hi
I have a Soyo MB with an AMD XP 1800 CPU and I am not able to read/record DVD's on my HI-VAL DVD Recorder
I have installed all the software; but it only reads CD's
Please advise

Try removing it with the device manager and reinstalling.
