Type your question about your Microsoft Access database in the white text
box, like you did to ask this question. Please be descriptive about the
problem, and list the versions you're using for Access and Windows. When
finished, press the "Post" button and your message will be transmitted to
the UseNet network, where volunteers from all over the world can read your
question in their newsreaders. If anyone knows the answer or has
suggestions for you, he'll reply to your message via UseNet. You'll
eventually see additional messages appear right below your message when you
refresh the browser window, as part of a "thread" of messages that you
started. Expand the thread by selecting the "plus" sign to the left of
your question's subject line. You'll see the author's name in the center
pane, and his response in the right hand pane.
Sometimes it takes a few days before someone who knows the answer sees your
question and responds, so please be patient. However, the Access newsgroups
have many experts, so one can usually expect an answer within a few hours,
unless the question is posted in the middle of the night, or on a weekend or
holiday.
You may respond to any of these replies by first selecting the message's
author's name in the center pane, then selecting the "Reply" button in the
center of the screen to open a new window. Type your response in that white
text box, then press the "Post" button to transmit your newest message to
UseNet.
