Ok I am admin on this pc. There is a limited user that has a private
account.
I have just restricted there account to not allowing them to kill my
hard drive with stupid content. Now I want to be able to go in to the
accounts files and clear their cookies and other temp files that the
user is not aware that is being collected. Is there any way I can
change the account from private to none private. I do not want to
delete their account or alter it in any way. All I want to do is clear
there junk that they are not ware of.

win xp home sp2 installed.
win defender installed (beta 2)
no antivirus software installed.

.... and install an antivirus software

Avast , AVG and AntiVir are free
