Hexadecimal conversion

I have a problem while trying to use the formula to convert decimal values to
hexadecimal (DEC2HEX) Instead to get the formula result, I'm getting the
message "NAME#?" How can I solve this problem?

Make sure you've installed the Analysis Toolpak.

Tools|Addins

Depending on how you installed excel, you may need your installation CD.
