HelpSvc.exe draining my resource

HelpSvc.exe is taking a lot of my CPU & memory resources,
especially during bootup.

i did not open any microsoft help.

Microsoft website state that the problem has been solved after applying SP2

but pc have already have SP2 and with all the latest SP installed.
why is the problem is exist ? anyone facing the same problem ? please help.
 
it's clean.
no virus, no spyware.
both defination file and engine are the latest.

anyone else facing this problem? or only me ?
