HELPSVC.EXE crashes

Has anyone experience helpsvc.exe crashing with an unhandled windows
exception? Not sure what brought this on, but this exception has started
occurring every night.

Thanks Gerry. Unfortunately on the
"start /w helpsvc /svchost netsvcs /regserver /install"
step, helpsvc.exe threw the unhandled exception again. Looks like the
helpsvc.exe itself is corrupt?
