My taskbar has dissapeared and I have no idea how it happened con someone
plz help!

Next Startup tap F8 repeatedly until you get a Menu. Select Safe Mode.
If WinXP boots up Ok, go to Start>All Programs>Accessories>System
Tools>System Restore. Try a restore back to before this problem began.

If you move the mouse cursor to the bottom of the desktop does it become a
double arrow? If so, hold down the left button and drag it up.

Or,

Try pressing F11.

First, see if it's been shrunk to a zero size. Put the mouse cursor on the
very bottom of the screen and wiggle it up or down, trying to make it into a
two-headed arrow. If it becomes a two-headed arrow, just drag it upward to
see the tas kar again.
