If it is a new printer, install the software first.. do NOT connect the
printer until asked by the installation program..

Have you checked for correct installation of the ink reservoirs?

Did it occur to you to tell us what kind of problems you are having?.. for
all that we know, it could just be a color co-ordination problem with the
printer's general surroundings..
