Hi, I have the following problem:
My Helpfiles in Winxp are defect. It means that the links
in the files doesn´t work. Whats wrong with it? Can I
install just the WinXp Help files ?

This sounds like the problem described in Microsoft Knowledge Base
article 822989, in which case Critical Update 811630 should sort it
out.
