HELP

i'M NOT ABLE TO OPEN WORD, I GET THIS MESSAGE file not available Normal dot. and if i want to replace it.What do i do? Please help.
 
Locate normal.dot using Windows Explorer and rename it to oldnormal.dot (its
location will depend on operating system - and in recent versions of Word it
will be a hidden file).
Restart Word.
