I am trying to open downloaded file .zip , which is saved on my desktop.my
acrobat reader refusing to open it.What should i do to open .zip file

A Zip utility? I like WinZip. Do a search on the web. Acrobat will
not read it, although it may read what is in the zip file. Zip files are
compressed versions of one or a collection of other file types.

right click on the file and choose open with --> select winzip.
if you have no winzip software you can download from www.download.com --?
winzip free

you have to download and install the zip program, so that you be able to
open yr file with ext .zip.

Windows XP has the ability to unzip a file built into it.
