HELP

I have lost all my Outlook Data!

I am using Outlook 2002, came on the Office Professional XP CD

I was having some problems and I selected 'Detect and Repair', after a few
minutes I cancelled this and now I have lost all the information that was
previous contacted within outlook - Email accounts, old Emails, contacts
everything.

Would someone please tell me how to check these have actually been lost, or
whether the connection to the datafile has just been lost/corrupted.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Hey,

I have had Outlook 2002 crash on me too. I know how
painfull it is. When mine crashed, it said that i have a
corrupted inbox and need to run the inbox recovery tool.
This fixed my contacts too.

You can find the inbox recovery tool at

drive:\Program Files\Common Files\System\Mapi\1033\

Go to outlook, and in the help section type inbox
recovery tool and follow instructions.
