please help me

i am trying to go on a training site on webex and am
unable to because webex tells me I need to "fix the
internet explorer because active x does not support it or
I have to download netscape 4.79 and no one will help,
not webex, not cox cable and not microsoft. what do i do?
 
you can check internet options about the active x, or a
workaround is dl mozilla browser and use that to go
wherever. its a 10 or 12 mb download.
