Ok here is whats happening:
I have Messenger 4.6
I want to Install 6.2
When I try this it tells me I dont have the permissions
to do so, please contact system administrator. The
problem is, I AM the system administrator and i have
tried setting all the permissions through the regedt32 by
going to start, then run and entering regedt32.
This happens with my Windows Installer. I am capable of
Installing other programs to my machine, but NOT
MESSENGER. I have WIN XP, and I am hoping someone can
give me a suggestion regarding the matter. You guys can

You are referring to MSN messenger, not WM. Go to them
for help.

on Windows XP, the question is perfectly valid.
