help!

everything on my windows xp is tiny the web pages dont
come out normal size the icons on the toolbar are tiny
nothing is normal. we had to reinstall windows xp and now
its all weird help!
 
Right click on an open area of the desktop, click Properties, click
Settings, move screen resolution to a lower number.
