My product Key Number no longer works, i want to reformat
but it says invalid, how is this possible??
 
Look very carefully, you may be misreading 0 and O, that is number "zero"
and "letter" "O". There are several others that look similar too.

And make sure you are using the right number. The Product Key is composed of
five groups of five digits each.
