Can anybody help, I keep getting an error message when trying to download
AUTOMATIC UPDATES

0x800B0001

ALSO I CANNOT LOAD MY NORTON ANTIVIRUS DISC 2004.
I HAVE CONTACTED MICROSOFT BUT HAVE SO FAR HAVE HAD NO ASSISTANCE ?
 
Ask Norton about the disk problem - why should Microsoft answer, or care.
