If you mean so that once it is invoked only you can return to the desktop,
do the following:
Open Control Panel, open Display, go to the Screen Saver tab, place a check
next to "On Resume, display Welcome screen," click apply and ok. Now, when
the screen saver is invoked, assuming your user ID is password protected,
the system cannot return to the desktop unless your password is used.
