can anyone help me! every time i try and open my windows mail it asks me to confirm my username and password before i can login!! i can't remember them so i'm abit stuck really! why this has just started i don't know? i've copied the error tex that comes up if it helps!!?
Account: 'windows mail', Server: 'pop.123-reg.co.uk', Protocol: POP3, Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Error Number: 0x800CCC17
