I CAN'T SEND MESSAGES . I KEEP GETTING AN ERROR. I DON'T KNOW THE SERVER
NAME, IT KEEPS SHOWING POP3 AND SMTP. CAN YOU HELP PLEASE?

Only if you give us more information.

Do you use only Yahoo mail? Is yours a "Plus" account? Are you using it from the USA?
If Yes - No - Yes, you cannot setup yahoo mail in Windows Mail.
