help???

Everytime I log onto my computer I get the error msg
saying something like can't find or cant run
C:WINDOWS/bxxs5.dll I was wondering if someone could help
me with this or at least tell me where I can get help.

You should get anti-spyware software (SpyBot AND Adaware)
and use them regularly (both have free versions). And keep
them updated !

Also download the latest Microsoft Critical Updates
(from Internet Explorer go to the Tools menu and hit
Windows Update) and also run updated anti-virus software.
Scan your computer monthly, at least !

And use your Internet Connection Firewall !

I run the spyware regularly... but this doesn't stop the
error msg from showing up
 
The file may have been eradicated. You should search for
it though and eliminate it if it's found. Use MSCONFIG if
you have to, to take it out of Startup. Or Search the
Registry's RUN areas . . .
