error message after login

After I boot up,which seems ok,and after I log in I get an error message sayin
RUNDL
C:WINDOWS\BXXS5.DLL Cannot find module. Can anyone help please

Hi Will
I have run spybot and Ad-Aware and they found lots.Since reading your reply I have run Cw Shredder and it seems to have fixed my problem. Thanks will let you know if everything is ok.
