i have lost my password can anyone help in trying to get back on being as i'am the computer administrator
 
If you have not lost the password to the default
administrator account (it may not have one if you're luck)
boot to safe mode (press F8 before Windows boots) and go to
USERS and reset the password.

If you can't get into the machine, you need some password
cracking program and some luck. Try
