The problem is not that I cant open programs, its that
the ALL PROGRAMS on the start menu wont work. This
problem has happened on about 30 computers I have but it
did not happen all at the same time. If I change the
start menu to classic, the programs says its empty. There
is no group policy set. I have run a virus and spyware
scan and nothing was found. I have been watching the news
groups and other people are haveing the same problem.

problem as you then the answer that they recieved will
