Help the ALL PROGRAMS wont open

The problem is not that I cant open programs, its that
the ALL PROGRAMS on the start menu wont work. This
problem has happened on about 30 computers I have but it
did not happen all at the same time. If I change the
start menu to classic, the programs says its empty.
There is no group policy set. I have run a virus and
spyware scan and nothing was found. I have been watching
the news groups and other people are having the same
problem but no one has been able to help them.

I don't have anything on my start menu called All Programs
on any of my PCs and I haven't seen many postings here that
others are having that issue.

1.. Start Regedit.
2.. Navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Desktop
3.. Select MenuShowDelay from the list on the right.
4.. Right-click on it and select Modify.
5.. Default value should be 400 , set it to 100 to speed it up.
6.. Reboot your computer.

Never mind, I see All Programs when I switch off Classic
view. Yuck

This post is identical to one you posted earlier (this week, I believe)
for which you got a lot of replies. What troubleshooting steps did you
take and what were the results?

Start | Run | Type: gpedit.msc | OK
Local Computer Policy\User Configuration\Administrative Templates\Start Menu
and Taskbar
