Microsoft Works

You can buy Microsoft Works at wal-mart not sure if Ms work 8 is out
or not. I know Microsoft works 7 does not require activation but ms
word or word suite does.

Using Windows XP is nearly irrelvant. You can buy any of a wide
varity of packages to do this, including Microsoft Works. Other
choices are Corel WordPerfect Office, Microsoft Office, Star
Office, and the freeware Open Office.

You can get MS Office, that's the full-scale office suite. It also
costs quite a few bucks. MS Works is a down-scale version that costs
significantly fewer bucks. You can also check out Open Office
(www.openoffice.org), an open-source office suite that can be had for
free.

Bloody hell I hate that! the phrase is "for NOTHING!"
Something "Is FREE" or you get it "FOR NOTHING".

NOT "for free"

Hi Trish:

Instead of supporting the "Evil Empire" by purchasing more of their
overpriced software, how about trying a free alternative?

The "602 Office Suite" is free, includes a WP, Spreadsheet, and Photo
Editor\Organizer program. Go here to download:

http://www.software602.com/products/pcs/

The WP program is very MS Word like so you should have no trouble
using it. Anyway, it's free - nothing to lose but some of your time.

Regards.

A period, or in this case perhaps an exclamation mark, is
required at the end of a sentence.

I hate that! the

"The" is the first word of a sentence and should be capitalized.

phrase is "for NOTHING!"

A period is the normal way to end that sentence, but if you use
an exclamation mark, it belongs outside the closing quotation
mark.

Something "Is

"Is" shouldn't be capitalized and should be outside the quotation
marks.

FREE" or you get it "FOR NOTHING".

The period should be inside the closing quotation mark.

NOT "for free"

Learn proper English.

Let him who is without sin cast the first stone.
