Before purchasing my PC from Panama airport, the seller tried it out and set
Spanish as the main language. It has been a week since I am trying to change
it into English. I did change the unicode, and have the keyboard in English
but still the menus are still in Spanish\

What can be done, please help
 
What version of Vista? If Ultimate you can download the English language packs.
If not Ultimate, then you will have to get the English version of Vista.
