help!!

i get this when i test my direct x 9.0:

If you are getting a failure at 3D rendering that's almost assuredly a
problem with your graphics card. It either needs updated drivers or it
might not be compatible with Direct X9.

i think my graphics card is an Invidia GForce2, if direct
x9 is not compatable, how do i uninstall that and then
install direct x8.1 -- thanks, juli
