HELP!!!

When I try to open my Microsoft Word it gets stuck and
won't open all the way. It just sits there like it's
thinking and won't let me do anything. What can I do to
fix this problem.

Close Word. Do a search for files named normal.dot. Delete any found. Now restart Word.

Does another program have the same interrupt request as
this one? Might try removing and then reinstalling the
program as well.
