run Outlook 2003.

When I send an email, it appears to send out two messages, and it comes ups
with a send error message afterwards.

Does this mean someone's got into my email and are trying to track what I am
doing and/or piggy back on my email.

How do I cure this?

I run my main Yahoo account through Outlook & my ISP's account through
Outlook Express (as they did not want to peacefully co-exist in either both
Outlook or Outlook Express).

Interesting - I have Yahoo mail, 2 Gmail accounts and three accounts from my
Domain name host all in the same instance of Outlook with no problems at
all.....
