My downloaded pics in 'My Pictures' keep replicating themselves when I try to
delete. I have over 1200 copies, each time I delete a few of the pics they
recopy. It is strange, how do I get it to quit? It has never done this before!

You are moving the mouse, even though you don't think you are. Select
your files and use the right-click/delete action instead. You might
want to set your mouse sensitivity a bit lower, too.

Mine is doing the same thing and I cant get rid of them either!

It isn't that your mouse is misbehaving. It is that the sensitivity is
set too high and/or the hand is not as steady as it once was. Try
changing your method of selecting/deleting.

To select multiple files that are adjacent to each other, left click on
the first file, hold down the Shift key, left-click on the last file in
the series. All the files in between will also be selected.

To select multiple files that are not adjacent to each other, left-click
on the first file, hold down the Control key, left-click on the other
files you want.

In either case after you have made your selection, right-click on any of
the selected files to get the Context menu. Now left-click on Delete.
