my tablet pc doesn't start up, it say that a file is missing or corrupted and
I need to reinstall the operating system, how do I get on cuz my dad lost the
recovery cd?
 
Contact the manufacturer of your Tablet PC and order
a replacement of the manufacturer's Windows XP Recovery CD.

can I install a regular win XP and upgrade it to tablet pc edition?
