Hi, i need some help.
Can spyware software crashdown your internet connection?
I have problems with msn, yahoo messenger and others.
My connection to these programs keeps falling. I have to
relogin very often due to that problem.

Can you ping at all? if not:

For broadband:
Could shut down computer, shut down modem restart both
after 2 minutes.

Could try

ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew

Look inside your win.ini (C:\windows\win.ini] for entries
like this one:

[hkjhk]
nnhjhkj15=ABC
nnhjhkj15=ABC
[hkjhkW]
nnhjhkj15=ABC

it was a hasle and what I did is replace the values after
the = (equal) with ABC

For now, the hijacker does not validate the values, he
checks for the entry to exist with that name [hkjhk] and
if it does, he does not change the value. This I believe
is tied to the registry causing your outgoing requests
to fail. Incoming is fine

Maybe this helps. It's only one of 1000 things that could
go wrong.
