HELP!!!

I deleted a bunch of records from my database, and need to know if there is
anyway to recover the data? I don't have a backup of the file.

No - your only hope is a backup copy of the database:

I strongly recommend that you develop and stick to a backup plan. Since
Access does not do any logging this is the only way to recover from
accidental deletions and/or data corruptions should they occur.
