when i load my pc a thing called update keepsa loading up,
how do i stop it from loading up

To manage applications launched at starup with Windows 2000 get this tool
called Startup CPL here:

http://www.mlin.net/StartupCPL.shtml (Freeware!)

If you want to remove this application then search for it using search and
deleted it after you have disabled its Autostart with Startup CPL.

You might as well want to take a look at "Ad-aware" which scans your PC for
Spyware which this Update Keepsa might as well be. The basic Version of that
Application is free. Get it here:
