how do i make the sceond usser go away does it make my
commputer run longer when there are two usser and how do
i stop the synchronizing progam

Easy one,

Go to control panel, then click on the icon User Accounts.

Click on the account/user you wish to remove and click remove from the left
hand side menu

It may make your computer run faster however not by much
